A search result names how many practice hours your state asks for. It cannot hold the hours you drove last Tuesday, tick off documents you already found, or notice the subject quietly costing you the test.

Read from your browser, not your location
The picker sits on "Choose your state" for a moment on a first visit because the value loads after the page, rather than guessing from where you are.
Each tool files work under its state
Switching from Ohio to Michigan sets the Ohio work aside and hands back whatever Michigan has, rather than writing one over the other.
Same numbers, different handling
Michigan publishes 50 hours with 10 at night as figures, so the log draws a progress bar and notes the earlier 30 hour gate. Ohio reaches the same 50 and 10 as a sentence, shown as written. Read your new state page before you assume anything transfers.
The one tool you cannot open late
The checklist and weak spot finder still work opened in the week of the test. The log does not, so start it the first time somebody hands you the keys.
Record every drive as it happens
Each drive stores a date, the minutes, whether it counted as night, the conditions from a fixed list of seven, and a note if you want one.
The night flag is what memory destroys
Totals split into day and night because that is how most states write the rule. A log rebuilt at the end guesses the exact split the adult signing it must vouch for.
Hours you can defend
Hours are floored to one decimal and never rounded up, so the total you hand over is one you can stand behind. The checklist is the last thing you open.

A review deck
A wrong question is saved with its subject and due again in the same run. Right and it returns a day later, right again three days after that, right a third time in a row and it leaves for good.
A tally, because the deck misleads
A question you get right first time never enters the deck. So a subject is ranked by accuracy only after it has asked at least five questions. Below five a bad score is noise, and the finder falls back to the most open cards, a weaker signal.
Four subjects it can name
Signs and signals, right of way, rules of the road, and safety and licensing. Cards saved before subjects were recorded sit under their own heading and are never named, because that is not something you can go and practice.
In this browser, and nowhere else
There is no account, so nothing to log into and no copy anywhere but here. The keys are there to look at if you want them.
The storage keys

What deletes it
Everything dies with your browsing data and exists in no other browser or phone. In a private window the driving log warns that new drives vanish on reload while the export still hands you the file. Treat the other tools' memory as borrowed there.
So export the log
It is the only record you cannot rebuild by practicing again. And if two learners in one state share a device, export one log and keep it as a file, or both write into the same record.
Where a tool stops and the agency page starts
Every figure carries the agency page it came from and the date somebody read it. Nothing is filled in from a general impression, which across 51 jurisdictions leaves three kinds of answer.
Document lists work the same way: what can be sourced is listed with its source, and everything else is written as a question to ask your own agency.
What these tools will not do
None of them ask who you are, and that decides most of what follows.
Not follow you
No email, no reminders, no jump to another device, because none of them ask who you are.
Not replace the form
Your agency has its own certification form and its own rule on who signs it. The log is the running record you copy across.
Not score readiness
The exam simulator on your state page runs the real question count and pass mark and holds back every answer until the end.
Not carry reference
For how many you can miss, the passing score page does the arithmetic. For hours side by side, the comparison lists every confirmed figure with its source.
Each answers a question nothing else answers properly
How many hours have I actually done. What am I supposed to take with me. Why do I keep failing when I feel like I know the rules.
