None of them ask for an email address, because none of them need one. The log lives in your browser and exports as a file whenever you want it. The checklist remembers your ticks per state and per visit. The weak spot finder reads only what your own practice runs already saved on this device, which is also why it shows nothing until you have answered some questions.
