Wisconsin motorcycle permit test
Wisconsin licenses motorcycling as its own vehicle class rather than a simple add on, and its Basic RiderCourse waiver only ever covers the road test, so completing the course never excuses a rider from sitting the DMV's separate written knowledge test.

Honest note: Wisconsin Department of Transportation, Division of Motor Vehicles does not publish the motorcycle test format anywhere we could confirm, so the 25 question count and pass mark of 20 are the best available figures rather than verified facts. The riding knowledge below is the same either way. Confirm the format with the agency before your appointment.
