New Hampshire hands out one of the shortest-lived learner permits in the country for motorcycles, good for only forty-five days with a single renewal allowed, pushing new riders toward the skills test faster than most neighboring states.

Honest note: New Hampshire Department of Safety, Division of Motor Vehicles does not publish the motorcycle test format anywhere we could confirm, so the 25 question count and pass mark of 20 are the best available figures rather than verified facts.
