Maryland motorcycle permit test
Maryland's Fast Track program hands the final call to a private motorcycle school rather than the MVA: an over-18 rider who passes the Basic Rider Course has the school itself notify the MVA of the pass, cutting the state skills test out entirely.

Honest note: Maryland Department of Transportation Motor Vehicle Administration does not publish the motorcycle test format anywhere we could confirm, so the 25 question count and pass mark of 20 are the best available figures rather than verified facts. The riding knowledge below is the same either way. Confirm the format with the agency before your appointment.
The rider course rule. A valid Maryland Motorcycle Safety Program completion certificate lets a rider skip getting a learner's permit and skip both the written knowledge test and the skills test when adding Class M to a Maryland license already held.
