Illinois motorcycle permit test
Illinois splits its motorcycle path by age: turn 18 and finish an IDOT approved training course and both the written and road exam disappear entirely, while anyone testing at a Driver Services facility instead still sits a full motorcycle specific written and road exam on top of whatever car license they already hold.

Honest note: Illinois Secretary of State does not publish the motorcycle test format anywhere we could confirm, so the 15 question count and pass mark of 12 are the best available figures rather than verified facts.
