District of Columbia motorcycle permit test
DC dropped its in house motorcycle road test entirely, so the path to the M endorsement now runs through an outside Motorcycle Demonstration Course whose certificate, from any state in the country, DC DMV will accept as long as it is turned in within six months of being issued.
